Our mistake

We made an error!  Oh no!  Please call us right away so we can correct the situation!  If we can't correct it, you can return your merchandise for a refund.

I changed my mind!  Can I return merchandise?

No worries!  We accept returns on EVERYTHING that we sell EXCEPT SAMPLES AND CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS..  You can return your purchase within 30 days of reciept for a full refund LESS SHIPPING CHARGES.

All returned products must be returned with its original packaging and include a return authorization number.  We can not accept returned mint tin favors that are not in resalable condition.  Stickers or any portion thereoff cannnot be adhered to these favors if they are to be returned.

If products are sold in a set, you must return the entire set in order to receive a refund.  An example would be stickers.  The entire sheet must be returned without stickers missing.

Purchasing shipping insurance is recommend when returning goods.  We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on their way back to Bunny Prints.

You will be refunded for the product cost only (less any coupons or discounts received when purchased).  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  Shipping charges include Bunny Prints shipping the product to you and you returning it to Bunny Prints.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days for us to process your return. We will e-mail you you to inform you that your return has been processed.  It may take your credit card company an additional week to post the transaction.
