General Terms and Conditions

Proofs
If you purchase invitations, announcements, 1.55 oz candy wrappers, or thank you cards, we will send you a proof to approve within 24 hours of your purchase or the next business day.  You may request as many changes as you like (such as new photo or new text).  If you would like color changes, please verify that we can accommodate your request before purchasing.

Business Days: exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

We do not send proofs for stickers (mini candy bar wrappers, round stickers, address labels, or mint tin stickers).  However, you can request a proof and we would be happy to send one.  Stickers will be formatted just like our sample including font and layout.

Shipping
Once you approve your proof, your order will ship (leave our warehouse) in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery depends upon with delivery service that you select.

Delivery
We use the United States Postal Service and Fed Ex as our delivery carriers.  During the checkout process, you can select which carrier and shipping option that you prefer.  Delivery is the responsibility of the USPS and Fed Ex.  We can not be held responsible for late deliveries by our delivery carriers.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time up until the order is processed. 

Please note: Because our turn-around time is so quick, we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours of order receipt.  We cannot accept cancellations if we have begun processing your order.

For personalized invitations, cards, and candy wrappers, cancellations are not accepted once the email proof is accepted and signed off on.

Color Variations
Due to monitor variations, actual goods can be slightly different in color.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it.  Please contact us for a return authorization number before mailing your products. 

All returned products must be returned with its original packaging and include a return authorization number.  We can not accept returned party favors (mint tins, notebooks, candles) that are not in resalable condition.  Stickers can not be adhered to these favors.

If products are sold in a set, you must return the entire set in order to receive a refund.  This includes stickers (The entire sheet must be returned without stickers missing.) and hang tags (The entire set of 24 must be returned).

Purchasing shipping insurance is recommend when returning goods.  We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on their way back to Bunny Prints.

You will be refunded for the product cost only (less any coupons or discounts received when purchased).  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  Shipping charges include Bunny Prints shipping the product to you and you returning it to Bunny Prints.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days for us to process your return and refund your money. We will e-mail you to inform you that your return has been processed.
